Contact our concierge team at support@pent-fitness.com with your order number and high-resolution photos of the equipment to begin the verification process.

Our quality assurance team will review your request within 48 hours to ensure the item qualifies for return and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Secure Logistics

Carefully repackage your luxury equipment in its original wooden crates or protective boxes and schedule a pickup with our preferred white-glove courier service.

Inspection and Refund

Once the items arrive at our workshop and pass a detailed condition inspection, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
